The The Vineyards BoD and our management company C&C Management welcome you to our The Vineyards web site. We hope the following information will help you understand the working relationship between your Association and C&C Management Company.

Annually and/or bi-annually the members of the Association elect a Board of Directors to administer and govern the business of the Association in accordance with the The Vineyards Homeowners Association CC&R's and its Bylaws. The Board of Directors has contracted with C&C Management to provide management, financial, and customer services for your Association. A C&C representative (Manager) will work directly with your Board assisting in the daily functions of the Association's business. It is important to note that C&C Management works on behalf of the Association at the direction of the Board. All decisions that affect the The Vineyards Homeowners Association are made solely by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors and C&C Management encourages you to be an active member in your community. Please consider serving on the board or a committee, offering your name as a candidate at the next election, or simply attending the regular meetings of the Board of Directors. The success of the The Vineyards Homeowners Association, and our community, is directly related to homeowner participation.
